Kinetic Wearable
This wearable artwork explores the concept of Symbiosis—imagining how the human form might coexist with an unfamiliar, growing organism. Conceived as a "second organ," the piece is not a passive external ornament but a living extension of the body that appears to gently parasitize the skin, moving and evolving in tandem with the wearer.
The structural language is heavily inspired by the abstract growth patterns of the Tillandsia (air plant). Just as the plant anchors itself with minimal contact to spiral and stretch freely, this work translates the tension between physical attachment and autonomous growth onto the human body. It sprouts from the wearer like a cluster of soft, living matter driven by its own quiet pulse.
